We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Mauren. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes to move materials and perform tasks on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in operating heavy equipment, a strong understanding of safety procedures, and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes according to project requirements
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Adhere to project timelines and meet production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Complete any other duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid heavy equipment operator license/certification preferred
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation
- Good communication skills for working effectively with team members and supervisors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions

Salary: $1500 per month
