Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator (Gujrat, India)



We are in need of a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of these machines to assist in completing construction projects.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment and a valid driver's license. You should also be physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions. Prior experience working on construction sites is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine the best approach for operating equipment on the job site
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Complete daily logs and reports on equipment usage and maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Valid driver's license required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
