Architecture Manager

We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to oversee and manage our architectural projects in Faisalabad. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading project teams, ensuring quality and timely completion of projects, and maintaining client relationships. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and resources for multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams in the design and development of architectural projects
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion of projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws during all stages of the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review architectural designs and plans for accuracy and adherence to project goals
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Faisalabad (local candidates preferred)
