We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects from conception to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and development of architectural projects from start to finish
- Manage and coordinate project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Review project plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Monitor project progress and budget to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control during construction phase
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working on commercial, residential, or industrial projects is preferred
