Hotel Sales Manager - Faisalabad
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through strategic planning, relationship building, and effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients, including corporate businesses and event planners
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Create compelling marketing materials and presentations to showcase our hotel's offerings
- Collaborate with the hotel operations team to ensure seamless execution of events and bookings
- Monitor competition and adjust strategies accordingly
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement
- Train and develop a team of sales professionals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
