Teamlead for Digital Marketing Team in Lisbon

As a Teamlead for our Digital Marketing Team in Lisbon, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of digital marketing professionals. Your main goal will be to ensure the success of our digital marketing efforts, driving traffic and conversions to our website and increasing brand awareness.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and website
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts with overall business strategy
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a team lead or manager in a digital marketing role
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and other digital channels
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Ability to think creatively and strategically while also being detail-oriented
- Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
