IT Manager - Contract Position


We are currently hiring for an IT Manager to join our team in Porto on a contract basis. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all of our company's information technology systems and services. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and manage all IT systems and services for our company
- Oversee network infrastructure, servers, security systems, and software applications
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with new technology developments and make recommendations for improvement
- Monitor system performance and ensure data backups are performed regularly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security systems, server administration, and software applications
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Benefits:
