Junior Front-End Developer

We are hiring a Junior Front-End Developer to join our growing team in Svalbard. As a Junior Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for websites and applications. You will work closely with our design and development teams to bring their ideas to life. This is a great opportunity for someone without prior experience in the field to gain hands-on experience and learn from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design and development teams to create mock-ups and prototypes
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Optimize website performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills
- Communicate project progress and issues effectively to team members

Requirements:
- Basic understanding of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)

Salary: $1400 per month (part-time)
Location: Svalbard (remote work possible)
