Florist - Wedding and Event Specialist


We are seeking a talented and experienced Florist to join our team in the beautiful city of Us. As a Wedding and Event Specialist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for weddings and events, ensuring that every detail is perfect for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their vision and requirements for their wedding or event
- Design and create unique floral arrangements, including bouquets, centerpieces, and decor
- Source high-quality flowers and materials within budget constraints
- Collaborate with other event vendors to ensure cohesive design and execution
- Set up and install floral arrangements at the event venue
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process
- Maintain inventory of supplies and track expenses

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a professional florist, preferably with a focus on weddings and events
- Extensive knowledge of different types of flowers, their seasonality, and care instructions
- Creativity and attention to detail in designing floral arrangements that reflect the client's style and theme
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and other vendors
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a luxury event or wedding planning company
- Knowledge of different cultural wedding traditions
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Prior experience managing a team of florists

We offer a competitive salary package of 1700$ per month along with accommodation. We also provide assistance with obtaining your own visa for this position.
