As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models. Your primary focus will be on creating predictive models to drive business decisions and improve processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions using data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models for predictive analysis
- Work with large datasets to extract valuable insights and build accurate predictive models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Conduct statistical analysis on data sets to identify trends and patterns
- Continuously monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and tools

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Experience working with programming languages such as Python, R or Java
- Proficiency in data mining tools such as SQL, Hadoop or Spark
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Os, Norway (relocation assistance available if needed)
