As a Head Chef in La-Condamine, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations and leading a team of kitchen staff. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to plan special events or menu promotions
- Manage food cost, portion control, and overall kitchen expenses within budget

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Ability to create innovative dishes while maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff effectively
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and cost control techniques

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month. Additional benefits such as health insurance or vacation time may be provided based on performance.
