Head Chef


We are in need of a passionate and experienced Head Chef to join our team at our high-end restaurant located in the bustling city of La-Condamine. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative menu items that align with our restaurant's concept and appeal to our clientele
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, sanitation standards, and safety procedures
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and rotation of all food products
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and special event menus
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and plating presentations
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Up-to-date knowledge of food safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification preferred

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month along with health benefits. City preference: We prefer candidates who are currently residing in La-Condamine or are willing to relocate. However, we are open to considering candidates from other cities within close proximity.
