We are currently seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Herning. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our company's network and computer systems, ensuring their smooth operation and security. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, switches, routers, and other hardware
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and security settings
- Implement network security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement new systems or upgrades
- Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware or software issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with server virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Server 2012/2016) and Active Directory management
- Knowledge of firewall configuration and network security best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
