Restaurant Manager

We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee our dining establishment in Aalborg. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining a positive work environment for our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month and accommodation provided. Recent graduates with relevant education and experience are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Train, motivate, and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or specials
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage purchasing orders
- Create a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and recognition of employee achievements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure
- Experience in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control techniques
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
- Fluent in English (Danish proficiency is an asset)
