Seamstress and Tailor Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Seamstress and Tailor Supervisor to join our team in Split. As the Seamstress and Tailor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality garments, managing a team of seamstresses and tailors, and ensuring efficient operations in our workshop.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of seamstresses and tailors, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders
- Inspect garments for quality control before they are sent to clients
- Collaborate with designers and pattern makers to ensure accuracy in garment construction
- Manage inventory levels for materials and supplies needed for production
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a seamstress or tailor, preferably in a supervisory role
- Proficient in garment construction techniques for various fabrics and styles
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to manage a team effectively and delegate tasks appropriately
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Team player with excellent communication skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, along with accommodation. This is a full-time position with regular working hours. Applicants must be Egyptian nationals with legal authorization to work in Split. English language proficiency is not required for this role.
