Contract Project Manager - Lisbon, Portugal


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Project Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Manage project resources and allocate tasks appropriately
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide detailed reports on progress
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards set by the company
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and provide financial reports as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Portuguese is preferred
