We are in need of a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your primary duties will include operating equipment to move materials, loading and unloading trucks, and performing basic maintenance on the equipment.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and diagrams
- Proficient in performing basic maintenance on equipment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices for operating heavy equipment
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to job site requirements
- Follow project plans and blueprints to determine the best course of action for completing tasks
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as checking oil levels, lubricating parts, and replacing worn or damaged parts as needed
- Load and unload materials from trucks using heavy equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating heavy equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation is not provided but we offer free visa sponsorship and flight ticket.
