Requirements:
- Experience with plastering techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Physical stamina for working on your feet and lifting heavy materials
- Attention to detail for achieving smooth finishes
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one for international projects

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
- Mix plaster or other materials according to instructions
- Apply coats of plaster using trowels or machines
- Smooth surfaces and remove excess material for even finishes
- Repair cracks or damage in existing surfaces
