Job Title: Plasterer

We are in need of a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Horsens. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. This requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and filling in any holes or cracks
- Mix plaster according to recipe or instructions
- Apply plaster evenly using trowels, brushes, or spray guns
- Smooth out any imperfections using hand tools or power tools
- Create decorative textures or patterns as needed
- Ensure proper adhesion and drying time for each layer of plaster
- Clean up work area after completing job

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role (recent graduates from vocational programs are also welcome)
- Strong knowledge of various types of plaster and their properties
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or instructions accurately
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time while working overhead
- Good communication skills
