Entry-Level Baker


We are hiring an Entry-Level Baker to join our busy bakery in Randers. As an Entry-Level Baker, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and baking of various breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1800$. No prior baking experience is required as we are willing to train the right candidate. We offer free visa and ticket for international applicants. This position is suitable for men who have a passion for baking and are willing to learn and grow in their profession.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing doughs, batters, and fillings for baked goods
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Measure and weigh ingredients accurately
- Decorate and finish baked goods according to specific recipes or customer requests
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Follow food safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Good time management skills
- A team player with excellent communication skills

Preferred:
- Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment
- Knowledge of different types of breads, pastries, and cakes
- Food safety certification
