Job Title: Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective presentation and promotion of products in retail stores. You will work closely with store managers and sales teams to create visually appealing displays that attract customers and increase sales.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores to set up product displays according to company guidelines
- Ensure all products are well-stocked, properly labeled, and priced correctly
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to restock as needed
- Collaborate with sales teams to plan promotions and special displays
- Regularly review sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement
- Build strong relationships with store managers and provide excellent customer service
- Train store staff on product features and benefits to increase their knowledge and ability to sell the products effectively
- Use creative thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise with displays or stock levels
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a merchandiser in the retail industry
- Knowledge of retail merchandising techniques, visual standards, and best practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with inventory management software is a plus
- Valid biometric passport for international travel if required by the company

Location: Isa Town, Bahrain (open to all nationalities)

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
