We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our company's operations and assist with day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience with office management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Order office supplies and keep inventory stocked
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
- Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
