Administrator in Nairobi, Egypt
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Nairobi, Egypt. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks and providing support to various departments within the company. This is a contract position with a salary of $1800 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations by maintaining supplies, equipment, and schedules
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain accurate records and files for the company
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Act as a liaison between different departments and teams within the company
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
