Concrete Worker



We are hiring a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in St-Petersburg, Canada. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces on various construction projects. You will also be involved in preparing and organizing materials, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and following safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up formwork for pouring concrete
- Pour concrete into forms using appropriate equipment
- Smooth and level the surface of the concrete using hand or power tools
- Apply finishing techniques such as stamping or coloring to achieve desired look
- Monitor curing process and make necessary adjustments as required
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment after each use
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with concrete or related construction work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly
- Knowledge of different types of concrete mixtures and their uses is an asset
- Experience with finishing techniques such as stamping or coloring is preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
