Web Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team in Kaunas. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs and specifications. You will work closely with our development team to ensure the design is implemented accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design principles, be proficient in graphic design software, and have experience creating responsive designs that are compatible with various browsers and devices. Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites according to client specifications
- Collaborate with development team to ensure design is accurately implemented
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts
- Develop graphics, images, icons, banners, etc. for website use
- Ensure website design is responsive and compatible with different browsers and devices
- Conduct user testing to gather feedback on website usability
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to web design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with HTML/CSS and front-end development tools (Bootstrap)
- Knowledge of web design principles such as color theory, typography, layout, etc.
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems
- Knowledge of JavaScript or other scripting languages
- Understanding of SEO principles for website optimization

Salary: Starting at 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Kaunas, Lithuania
