A leading industrial alpinism company in Atlanta is seeking skilled and experienced individuals for the position of Industrial Alpinist. This is a physically demanding job that requires working at heights and in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate should be able to perform tasks such as rope access, rigging, welding, and painting at elevated surfaces. No prior experience is required for this role as on-the-job training will be provided. However, candidates with experience in industrial alpinism or related fields will be given preference.

Responsibilities:
- Perform rope access tasks such as cleaning, painting, welding, and rigging at elevated surfaces
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times while working at heights
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns to superiors

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Ability to follow strict safety procedures and guidelines while performing tasks
