Junior Accountant - Los Angeles, USA


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing team in Los Angeles. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable, including creating invoices, verifying payments, and following up on outstanding balances
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures
- Prepare budget reports and assist with forecasting
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for financial reporting or analysis
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or currently pursuing)
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role (internship experience will be considered)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
