Office Administrator
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our company's office in Bungoma. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for Egyptian candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Bungoma, but remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates.
