Project Manager (Indian Preference)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of projects within the given budget and timeline
- Manage and coordinate project teams, including delegation of tasks and ensuring clear communication
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion
- Analyze project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, including progress updates and budget tracking

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in project management
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well with diverse teams
- Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month, along with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
