Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to determine project requirements
- Measure, cut, and shape wood materials according to specifications
- Install structures and fixtures such as doors, windows, frames, and trim
- Repair or replace damaged or defective wooden structures
- Sand and polish surfaces to ensure smooth finish
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of different wood types, materials, and tools used in carpentry
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
