Back-End Developer


As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding and modifying complex websites and web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain backend features, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. This is a contract job, perfect for freshers looking to gain experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable back-end solutions using programming languages such as Python, Java or Ruby
- Develop and maintain web applications and APIs
- Ensure code quality by writing efficient, clean and reusable code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers and product managers to deliver high-quality products
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in back-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java or Ruby
- Experience working with databases like MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail

Location: This position is based in Greenland but we welcome remote candidates from other countries.

Salary: $1400 per month
