Caregiver for Elderly in Vilnius, Lithuania

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to provide support and assistance to elderly individuals in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include helping with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders, as well as providing companionship and emotional support. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working with the elderly and be able to communicate effectively in English. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation will be provided. Preference will be given to Indian nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication reminders according to prescribed schedule
- Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly individuals
- Monitor changes in health or behavior and report any concerns to appropriate parties
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the individual
- Accompany individual on outings or appointments as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with the elderly is required
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Ability to adapt to different personalities and needs
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible schedule
- Must be physically fit to assist with daily tasks
- Must have valid work permit for Lithuania
