We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Almada. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, budget constraints, and deadlines. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and other professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects, from concept development to construction documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Develop project timelines and budgets and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture design and project management.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Experience managing a team of architects or other professionals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, contractors, etc.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other relevant software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary: $1700 per month with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship available for non-nationals.
