Floral Designer

As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating unique and beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events. You will use your creativity and knowledge of different flowers to design and arrange bouquets, centerpieces, and other decorative pieces. Your role will also involve interacting with clients to understand their preferences and providing recommendations based on your expertise. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and time management skills are crucial.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and arranging floral arrangements for various events
- Selecting appropriate flowers, foliage, and accessories based on client preferences and budget
- Maintaining inventory of flowers and supplies
- Creating sketches or mock-ups for clients' approval
- Ensuring timely delivery of arrangements to event venues
- Collaborating with event planners or other vendors to ensure cohesive design aesthetic
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in floriculture or horticulture preferred)
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer (portfolio may be requested)
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, their characteristics, care instructions, etc.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail in order to create precise designs
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Os (accommodation may be provided)
