English Tutor

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced English Tutor to join our team in Roskilde. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students of various ages and levels. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month, and accommodation is provided.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in teaching/tutoring English as a second language
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and personalized lesson plans for individual students
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and learning styles
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions for students in need of additional support in English language skills
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on individual student's needs and goals
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their language skills
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to make lessons engaging and interactive
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide progress updates on students
- Collaborate with other tutors/teachers to share resources and strategies for effective tutoring
- Attend regular training sessions and professional development opportunities
