Position: Executive Chef
Location: Lusail, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality standards are met
- Create innovative and appealing menus that meet the needs of our diverse clientele
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain budgetary goals
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Creative with a strong understanding of current culinary trends
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
