Indian Collector in Osijek


We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Indian Collector to join our team in Osijek. As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing the collection of payments from customers, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This is a contract position without accommodation, and candidates must have a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
-Contacting customers via phone or email to request payment for outstanding balances
-Tracking payment statuses and following up on overdue accounts
-Negotiating payment plans with clients who are unable to pay in full
-Maintaining accurate records of collections activities and customer interactions
-Collaborating with other departments to resolve any billing or payment issues
-Providing excellent customer service while collecting payments

Requirements:
-Fluency in English (no other language requirements)
-Prior experience in collections or customer service preferred
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Attention to detail and ability to work independently
-Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures
-Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Nationality/Location Preference:
While we welcome candidates from all nationalities, we prefer Indian candidates who are already located in or willing to relocate to Osijek for the duration of the contract.

Contract Type:
This is a contract position with no accommodation provided. The duration of the contract will be discussed during the interview process.

Biometric Passport:
Candidates must have a valid biometric passport as it is required for international travel.
