Moderator (Kenyan Nationals)



Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Moderator to join our team in Moscow. As a Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our online community. Your main responsibility will be to monitor and moderate user-generated content to maintain a positive and safe environment for all users.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond promptly and professionally to user reports and inquiries
- Engage and interact with users in a friendly and helpful manner
- Identify and escalate any emerging issues or trends to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with other moderators to continuously improve moderation processes and policies
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and relevant policies

Requirements:
- Kenyan nationality or fluency in Swahili language is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in moderating online communities is highly desired
- Good understanding of online communication platforms and social media tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English language)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members remotely

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, along with additional benefits such as accommodation and visa sponsorship.
