Architectural Technologist

Our company in Moscow is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of architectural projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, and we are looking for candidates from Pakistan who do not require English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop design concepts
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Utilize computer software to create 3D models and renderings of designs
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and client communication
- Stay updated on industry standards and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
