Web Designer

We are in search of a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with our development team to bring our clients' visions to life. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers and developers
- Design graphic elements such as logos, icons, and images
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate website functionality
- Prepare wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Optimize website for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure website is responsive across all devices
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of wireframe tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively communicate design ideas
- Experience working in an agile development process is a plus

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Chelyabinsk (candidates from India preferred)
