Junior Web Designer

As a Junior Web Designer, you will be responsible for assisting the design team in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. Your main duties will include designing web layouts, graphics, and multimedia elements, as well as optimizing website functionality and usability. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with a passion for web design and a desire to learn and grow in this field.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the design team to create website layouts, graphics, and multimedia elements
- Collaborate with developers to ensure website functionality and usability
- Conduct research on current design trends and techniques to continually improve skills
- Assist in maintaining and updating existing websites as needed
- Optimize images and graphics for website performance
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines

Requirements:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong eye for detail and understanding of design principles
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- No experience required but some prior knowledge or coursework in web design is preferred
