Indian Rental Coordinator


We are a reputable rental company in Malindi, seeking an organized and efficient Indian Rental Coordinator to join our team. As an Indian Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all rental activities for our Indian customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our rental services.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all rental activities for Indian customers, including booking reservations, processing payments, and issuing rental agreements.
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner to provide information about our rental services and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all rental vehicles are in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and update customer profiles as needed.
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract more Indian customers to our rental services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and pick-up of rental vehicles.
- Provide support to customers during their rental period, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality with a valid work visa sponsored by our company.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the car rental industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi are required.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in using reservation software.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
