Rental Coordinator
As a Rental Coordinator for our busy rental company in Malindi, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the rental process from start to finish. This is a part-time position that does not require prior experience, making it an ideal opportunity for English-speaking individuals looking for work without any previous rental experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries and providing information about our rental services
- Processing rental requests and reservations, ensuring all necessary documents are completed
- Coordinating the pick-up and drop-off of rental vehicles for customers
- Conducting vehicle inspections before and after rentals to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness standards are met
- Collecting payments and issuing receipts to customers
- Maintaining accurate records of rental agreements, payments, and vehicle availability
- Assisting with marketing efforts to attract new customers
Requirements:
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
