Computer Support Specialist


We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Shan, India. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. This is an entry-level position, making it suitable for freshers or those with less experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and provide solutions
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and applications
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates and backups
- Train end-users on basic computer functions and software usage
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or IT department when necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Familiarity with various operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, and Linux
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Shan, India. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in India.
