Architectural Designer (Greenland, Contract)


A reputable architectural firm in Greenland is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and be able to work efficiently and effectively within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project team members to develop and refine design concepts
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and renderings using AutoCAD and other software
- Conduct site visits for measurements and evaluations
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Revise designs based on feedback from clients, contractors, and architects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
- Attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is $1400 per month.
