Architectural Designer (Contract) - Greenland


We are seeking a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Greenland. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing architectural projects, including new buildings, renovations, and extensions. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs meet their needs and are structurally sound.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed plans and layouts for architectural projects based on client requirements
- Create 3D models and renderings to illustrate proposed designs
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and comply with building codes
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Prepare project cost estimates and timelines
- Make necessary changes to designs based on feedback from clients or regulatory authorities
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design software

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1600$. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. Candidates must have their own visa for working in Greenland. This is an urgent position so immediate availability is preferred.
