Job Title: Industrial Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering and proven experience in improving production processes and maximizing efficiency. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for analyzing current manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new systems and practices to increase productivity. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement new systems and procedures to increase efficiency
- Conduct time studies, capacity planning, and line balancing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Monitor production data and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Generate reports on production performance, including key metrics such as cycle time, downtime, and scrap rate
- Work closely with management to develop strategies for continuous improvement
- Train employees on new processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial engineering or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Experience with process optimization tools such as Six Sigma or Kaizen
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings
- Proficient in using statistical software such as Minitab or JMP
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Benefits:
