Library Assistant

A prestigious library in Ar-Ruwais is seeking an Egyptian Library Assistant to join our team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$, and accommodation will be provided. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and has a passion for books and helping others.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of library materials
- Provide excellent customer service to library patrons
- Help with circulation tasks such as checking out materials, collecting fines, and processing holds
- Conduct basic reference searches using online databases and print resources
- Assist with library programs and events as needed

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in a library or customer service role is a plus, but not required
