We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our restaurant in Al Buraymi. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards, and managing a team of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, finances, and customer service
- Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Create schedules for staff, manage their performance, and provide training when needed
- Maintain high-quality standards for food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports to ensure profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Build relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business
- Handle any customer complaints or issues effectively

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue in previous roles
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
Salary: 1600$ per month

This is a temporary job opportunity suitable for Filipinos or foreigners with experience in managing restaurants. The candidate must have English speaking skills.
