Restaurant Manager
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant located in Al Buraymi, ensuring that the establishment runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing a team, customer service, and financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, customer service, and finances
- Hire, train, schedule, and motivate staff members to ensure high-quality service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
- Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor financial transactions and prepare reports for upper management
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or specials
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 1300$ per month
Location: Al Buraymi (Indian nationalities preferred)
